Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at roamoryy@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or damaged products caused by normal use or misuse.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Personal care products that have been opened or used.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with this Return Policy.
This helps reduce cancellations after you've already paid your supplier.
