Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different dates.
Delivery Issues

I recommend setting the shipping estimate to "7 to 15 business days" even if some orders arrive faster. Customers are happier when packages arrive early than when a promised 5 to 8 day delivery turns into 12 days.
